Lou has enjoyed a successful career in the real estate and finance industries for nearly four decades and is a licensed Broker in multiple states in the U.S. He was the founder and CEO of Washington Suburban Mortgage with multiple offices on the east coast. He has served as the Co-Trustee of Mid Atlantic REIT, Chairman of the holding company for Southern Floridabanc, and as Marketing Director for the Washington, Maryland, and Virginia area for National Commercial Real Estate Franchise. Lou's division was in the top 5 of their 850 plus brokers countrywide. He has also served on the Charles County Planning Commission for eight years, including two years as its Chairman, and prior to that served for six years as Chairman of the County's Economic Development Commission.
Over the years Lou has participated in hundreds of major real estate ventures not only as a broker or lender, but also as an investor. He is a recognized expert in the fields of real estate and finance and has lectured at various schools, colleges, and civil groups throughout the U.S.
